Martial Arts

Martial Arts is an all encompassing way of getting the body moving dynamically in a variety of ways.  I offer personal Martial Arts coaching as well as group training. We specifically train Kickboxing and Muay Thai.

Dynamic Movement Enhancement

The ability to move dynamically is the ability to have fun in life. Everybody deserves the ability to go out and play, and that is what my dynamic movements are geared towards. I teach movements to enhance running, throwing, and swinging. Master these movements and a world of possibilities open up.

Sport Specific Training

For athletes looking to develop their skills in basketball, football, and other sports, this program will teach your body to be more efficient and athletic in your sport while training in a way that will keep your body from getting injured while playing.
